plotYCumVariance.pls: Cumulative explained Y variance plot for PLS

Description

Shows plot with cumulative explained Y variance vs. number of components.

Usage

plotYCumVariance(obj, type = "b",
  main = "Y cumulative variance", xlab = "Components",
  ylab = "Explained variance, \%", show.legend = T, ...)

Arguments

obj

a PLS model (object of class pls)

type

type of the plot('b', 'l' or 'h')

main

main plot title

xlab

label for x axis

ylab

label for y axis

show.legend

logical, show or not legend for the plot

...

other plot parameters (see mdaplotg for details)
