Description

A collection of functions to download and process weather data from the Oklahoma Mesonet . Functions are available for downloading station metadata, downloading Mesonet time series (MTS) files, importing MTS files into R, and converting soil temperature change measurements into soil matric potential and volumetric soil moisture.
