Usage

doQCRLSC(para, cvFilter = 0.3, impute = TRUE, cpu = 0, ...)

Arguments

para
An object of metaXpara
cvFilter
The threshold of CV filter
impute
A logical indicates whether impute the result
cpu
The number of cpu used for processing

Value

A list object

Details

The smoothing parameter is optimised using leave-one-out cross validation to avoid overfitting.
