(<code>character</code>) Taxon IDs for which supertaxa will be returned. Default: All
taxon in <code>obj</code> will be used.

(<code>logical</code>) If <code>TRUE</code>, return the indexes of roots in 
<code>taxon_data</code> instead of <code>taxon_ids</code>
