Arguments

out

output from microPopModel()

sumOverStrains

Logical. Default=TRUE

yLabel

String for y axis label. Default is 'Concentration'

xLabel

String for x axis label. Default is 'Time'

legendPosition

String. Position of legend in microbe plot, default is 'topleft'

cex.title

Scaling for title text

cex.ax

Scaling for axes text (labels and ticklabels)

cex.legend

Scaling for legend text

Nothing just generates a plot
