Get the bare <code><a rd-options="mlr:makeLearner" href="/link/Learner?package=mlrCPO&version=0.3.2&to=mlr%3AmakeLearner" data-mini-rdoc="mlr:makeLearner::Learner">Learner</a></code> without the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/CPO?package=mlrCPO&version=0.3.2" data-mini-rdoc="mlrCPO::CPO">CPO</a></code>s that were previously added.
It is still possible for the result to be a wrapped learner, e.g. a
TuningWrapper wrapped learner. It is also possible that below the
tuning wrapper, there are more CPOs. These can and will not be removed.
This function is complementary to <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/getLearnerCPO?package=mlrCPO&version=0.3.2" data-mini-rdoc="mlrCPO::getLearnerCPO">getLearnerCPO</a></code>.

Toolset that enriches 'mlr' with a diverse set of preprocessing
operators. Composable Preprocessing Operators ("CPO"s) are first-class
R objects that can be applied to data.frames and 'mlr' "Task"s to modify
data, can be attached to 'mlr' "Learner"s to add preprocessing to machine
learning algorithms, and can be composed to form preprocessing pipelines.
