mosqcontrol

Team members: Jeff Demers, Anshuman Swain, Travis Byrum, Sharon Bewick and William F Fagan

This R package aims to make an accessible toolkot for mosquito control resource optimization. The model uses data provided by users to estimate the mosquito populations in the sampling area for the sampling timeperiod, and the optimal time to apply a treatment or multiple treatments.

Installation

You can install the released version of mosqcontrol from CRAN with:

install.packages("mosqcontrol")
