rilPedigree(populationSize, selfingGenerations)

Arguments

populationSize

The size of the generated population

selfingGenerations

Number of generations of selfing. Specifying one generation leads to an F2 design.

Value

An object of class detailedPedigree representing the experimental design, suitable for simulation using simulateMPCross.
