eq_mp: Convert an equation to a polynomial

Description

Convert characters of the form "p1 = p2" (or similar) to an mpoly object representing p1 - p2.

Usage

eq_mp(string, ...)

Arguments

string

a character string containing a polynomial, see examples

...

arguments to pass to mpoly()

Value

An object of class mpoly or mpolyList.
