<li><code>toy_LoF</code> is a list of three functions that work with
 <code>regressor()</code> and <code>toy_df</code></li>
<li><code>toy_M</code> is an example \(M\) matrix for use with
 <code>mhp()</code></li>
<li><code>toy_B</code> is an example of a \(B\) array of
 roughness coefficients for use with <code>mhp()</code></li>
<li><code>toy_mm</code> and <code>toy_mm2</code> are examples of a <code>mdm</code>
 object, generated with function <code>toy_mm_maker()</code>. These
 objects are marginals from the same multivariate observation.</li>
<li><code>toy_mm3</code> and <code>toy_mm4</code> are small examples of
 <code>mdm</code> objects</li>
<li><code>toy_mhp</code> is an example of a <code>mhp</code> object</li>
