nCal (version 2021.9-12)
Nonlinear Calibration
Description
Performs nonlinear calibration and curve fitting for data from Luminex, RT-PCR, ELISA, RPPA etc. Its precursor is Ruminex. This package is described in Fong et al. (2013)
