NetSampleStatSet-class

This class represents the results of applying a network statistic function to a NetSampSet object. This class contains the results for the original networks, as well as for each instance of the permuted/manipulated networks.

Tools for managing large sets of network data and performing whole network analysis.
This package is focused on the network based statistic jackknife method, and
implements a framework that can be extended to other network manipulations and analyses.
