Description
Two cell types -- young adult mouse colon (YAMC) cells and
mutant-p53/activated-Ras transformed YAMC cells -- in combination with
three treatments -- untreated, sodium butyrate, or valproic acid. Four
replicates were performed for each cell-type/treatment combination.
