<dd>Timezone offset from GMT/UTC.</dd><dt>dst</dt>
<dd>Daylight savings time zone. A = Standard US DST: starts on the
second Sunday of March, ends on the first Sunday of November.
U = unknown. N = no dst.</dd><dt>tzone</dt>
<dd>IANA time zone, as determined by GeoNames webservice.</dd>
