Description

Returns a list of IDs of graphs (i.e. transcript names) that include the given participant.

Usage

getGraphIdsWithParticipant(labbcat.url, id)

Value

A list of graph IDs

labbcat.url

URL to the LaBB-CAT instance

id

A participant ID
