S3 summary method for object of class<code>"pers"</code>

Performs the explicit calculation
-- not estimation! -- of the Rasch item parameters for dichotomous and
polytomous item responses, using a pairwise comparison approach. Person
parameters (WLE) are calculated according to Warm's weighted likelihood
approach.

<dd>logical with default <code>short=TRUE</code> - if set to <code>short=FALSE</code> a "data.frame" with WLE estimates (and their respective standard errors) for every row (person) in the original dataset will be returned.</dd>

<dd>logical wether to order persons by ability - ignored when <code>short=TRUE</code></dd>
