Originally created by Ben Flanagan at ESRI, with coordinates in Easting
and Northing. The coordinates in the original shapefile were converted
into Latitude and Longitude in QGIS, and the hexagon representing Ynys
Mon was moved to be closer to the mainland of Wales.
