<dl><dt>WorkerId</dt>
<dd>[required] The ID of the Worker to block.</dd>
<dt>Reason</dt>
<dd>[required] A message explaining the reason for blocking the Worker. This parameter
enables you to keep track of your Workers. The Worker does not see this
message.</dd></dl>
