the required permissions, the error response is <code>DryRunOperation</code>.
Otherwise, it is <code>UnauthorizedOperation</code>.</dd>

<dd>[required] The ID of the instance.</dd>
<dt>WakeUp</dt>
<dd>When set to <code>true</code>, acts as keystroke input and wakes up an instance
that's in standby or "sleep" mode.</dd></dl>
