lambda_delete_layer_version

Deletes a version of an <a href="https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/chapter-layers.html">Lambda layer</a>. Deleted versions can no longer be viewed or added to functions. To avoid breaking functions, a copy of the version remains in Lambda until no functions refer to it.
