ec2_enable_allowed_images_settings function

<dl><dt>AllowedImagesSettingsState</dt>
<dd>[required] Specify <code>enabled</code> to apply the image criteria specified by the Allowed
AMIs settings. Specify <code>audit-mode</code> so that you can check which AMIs
will be allowed or not allowed by the image criteria.</dd>
<dt>DryRun</dt>
<dd>Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without
actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have
the required permissions, the error response is <code>DryRunOperation</code>.
Otherwise, it is <code>UnauthorizedOperation</code>.</dd></dl>
