request.

DomainName

Rejects the transfer of a domain from another AWS account to the current
AWS account. You initiate a transfer between AWS accounts using
<a href="https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/APIReference/API_domains_TransferDomainToAnotherAwsAccount.html">TransferDomainToAnotherAwsAccount</a>.
Use either
<a href="https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/APIReference/API_domains_ListOperations.html">ListOperations</a>
or
<a href="https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/APIReference/API_domains_GetOperationDetail.html">GetOperationDetail</a>
to determine whether the operation succeeded.
