  the <code><a href="/link/AMPSequences?package=peplib&version=1.03" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="peplib::AMPSequences">AMPSequences</a></code> dataset.

datasets

This package provides a variety of methods for dealing
        with analysis of peptide library data, including clustering,
        motif finding, and QSAR model fitting.
