the allocation rule, a factor with levels 'peak', 'admin', 'lottery', 'addsupply', 'queuing', 'moral' and 'compensation',
driving
does the individual has the driving license ?
education
does the individual has a diploma ?
recurring
does the allocation problem is reccuring ?
