rmDerivedMspct

Removes from a spectrum object the class attributes "generic_mspct" and any
derived class attribute such as "source_mspct". This operation is done
by reference!

effective (weighted) and not-weighted irradiances/doses, fluence rates,
transmittance, reflectance, absorptance, absorbance and diverse ratios and
