A2T: Convert absorbance into transmittance

Description

Function that coverts absorbance into transmittance (fraction).

Usage

A2T(x, action, byref, ...)

## S3 method for class 'default':
A2T(x, action = NULL, byref = FALSE, ...)

## S3 method for class 'filter_spct':
A2T(x, action = "add", byref = FALSE, ...)

## S3 method for class 'filter_mspct':
A2T(x, action = "add", byref = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

an R object
action
a character string
byref
logical indicating if new object will be created by reference or by copy of x
...
not used in current version

Methods (by class)

  • default: Default method for generic function
  • filter_spct: Method for filter spectra
  • filter_mspct: Method for collections of filter spectra
