lambda.transform: Lambda transformation of matrix

Description

Function multiplies the off-diagonals of a square matrix by lambda. Used internally in phyl.pca and other functions.

Usage

lambda.transform(lambda, C)

Arguments

lambda

scalar, usually (but not necessarily) on the interval 0,1.

C

matrix probably returned by vcv.phylo.

Value

• A matrix.

Details

Do not use unless you know what you're doing.
