cqpserver: start CQP server

Description

The function will start the CQP server by way of a system call to cqpserver.

Usage

startServer(registryDir = Sys.getenv("CORPUS_REGISTRY"), initFile = system.file("init", "cqpserver.init", package = "cqi"), debugMode = TRUE, exec = TRUE)
