Creation of linkage maps in polyploid species from marker dosage
scores of an F1 cross from two heterozygous parents. Currently works for autotriploid, autotetraploid and autohexaploid species,
as well as segmental allotetraploids. Methods are described in a manuscript of Bourke et al. (2018) <doi:10.1093/bioinformatics/bty371>.

A data.frame with at least the following columns:<ul>
<li>Assigned_LG. The assigned linkage group</li>
<li>Assigend_hom1. The homologue with most linkages</li>
</ul>The columns LG1 - LGn and Hom1 - Homn give the number of hits per marker for that linkage group/homologue. Assigned_hom2 .. gives the nth homologue with most linkages.
