pscData_addtrt

The purpose of this function is to organise a treatment indicator where
multiple treatment comparisons are being evaluated. This acts as a
sub-function to the pscData.R function.

Allows the comparison of data cohorts (DC) against a Counter
Factual Model (CFM) and measures the difference in terms of an efficacy
parameter.  Allows the application of Personalised Synthetic Controls.
