IsEqualPvar

Two <code>pvar</code> objects are considered to be equal 
if they have the same <code>x</code>, <code>p</code>, <code>value</code> and the same value of <code>x</code> 
in the points of <code>partition</code> (the index of partitions are not necessary the same).
All other tributes like <code>dname</code> or <code>TimeLabel</code> are not important.
