Description

Upload information to the keyword table in the data registry

Usage

new_keyword(
  object_url,
  keyphrase,
  identifier,
  endpoint = "http://127.0.0.1:8000/api/"
)

Arguments

object_url

a string specifying the URL of an object

keyphrase

a string a string containing a free text key phrase

identifier

(optional) a string specifying the URL of ontology annotation to associate with this keyword

endpoint

a string specifying the registry endpoint
