Supports full-text, attribute, sequence, motif, structure, and chemical searches; retrieval of entry-, assembly-, polymer-entity-, and chemical-component-level metadata; and conversion of API responses into analysis-ready tables and typed R objects for reproducible structural bioinformatics workflows.
