get_visit_distribution_parameters

Takes patient level data and beta coefficients and expands them
to get a patient specific estimate for the visit distribution parameters
<code>mu</code> and <code>sigma</code>. Returns the values in a specific format
which is expected by downstream functions in the imputation process
(namely <code>list(list(mu = ..., sigma = ...), list(mu = ..., sigma = ...))</code>).

Implements standard and reference based multiple imputation methods for continuous
longitudinal endpoints (Gower-Page et al. (2022) <doi:10.21105/joss.04251>). In particular,
this package supports deterministic conditional mean imputation and jackknifing as described
in Wolbers et al. (2022) <doi:10.1002/pst.2234>, Bayesian multiple imputation as described
in Carpenter et al. (2013) <doi:10.1080/10543406.2013.834911>, and bootstrapped maximum
likelihood imputation as described in von Hippel and Bartlett (2021) <doi: 10.1214/20-STS793>.

get_visit_distribution_parameters function

<dl><dt>dat</dt>
<dd>Patient level dataset, must be 1 row per visit. Column order must
be in the same order as beta. The number of columns must match the length of beta</dd>

<dd>List of model beta coefficients. There should be 1 element for each sample
e.g. if there were 3 samples and the models each had 4 beta coefficients then this argument
