If txid is in the mempool, returns all in-mempool descendants.

<dd>object of class <code>CONRPC</code>.</dd>
<dt>txid</dt>
<dd><code>character</code>, the transaction id (must be in mempool).</dd>
<dt>verbose</dt>
<dd><code>logical</code>, <code>TrueTRUE</code> for a json object,
<code>FALSE</code> for array of transaction ids (default).</dd></dl>
