A <code>jObjRef</code> representing an `IAtom` object

atom

This function returns the atom that is connected to a
specified in a specified bond. Note that this function assumes
2-atom bonds, mainly because the CDK does not currently
support other types of bonds

Allows the user to access functionality in the
'CDK', a Java framework for chemoinformatics. This allows the user to load
molecules, evaluate fingerprints, calculate molecular descriptors and so on.
In addition, the 'CDK' API allows the user to view structures in 2D.
