extract_from_esummary

Extract elements from a list of esummary records

Provides an R interface to the NCBI's 'EUtils' API,
allowing users to search databases like 'GenBank'
<https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/> and 'PubMed'
<https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/>, process the
results of those searches and pull data into their R sessions.

extract_from_esummary function

<dl><dt>esummaries</dt>
<dd>Either an esummary or an esummary_list (as returned by
entrez_summary).</dd>
<dt>elements</dt>
<dd>the names of the element to extract</dd>
<dt>simplify</dt>
<dd>logical, if possible return a vector</dd></dl>
