General purpose R client for 'ERDDAP' servers. Includes functions to search for 'datasets', get summary information on 'datasets', and fetch 'datasets', in either 'csv' or 'netCDF' format. 'ERDDAP' information: http://upwell.pfeg.noaa.gov/erddap/information.html.
