efea

Soil macrofauna in a tropical forest site and cultivated plot (traditional slash-and-burn, Elahe, French Guiana)
raref

Estimates the species richness for a given number of sampled individuals on the basis of the corresponding rarefaction curve
rich

Species richness, their confidence interval and other useful indices
c2cv

Comparison of 2 values of species richness using a randomization procedure
rarc

Computes rarefaction curves
raref2

Estimates the species richness for a given number of sampled individuals on the basis of the corresponding rarefaction curve
c2rcv

Compares the cumulative richness of two communities and rescales the richnesses in function of density
