print.cellNetCoDa: Print method for cellwise-robust compositional networks

Description

Prints a concise summary of a cellNetCoDa object: the back end used, the number of nodes (parts) and selected edges, the graph density, the StARS-selected penalty, and the share of flagged cells.

Usage

# S3 method for cellNetCoDa
print(x, ...)

Value

Invisibly returns x.

Arguments

x

object of class "cellNetCoDa" as returned by cellNetCoDa

...

additional arguments (currently ignored)
