 arise from a stool.</dd>
 <dt>Type</dt><dd>a factor with levels
 <code>T1</code>,

 <code>T3</code>, and
 <code>T4</code> giving the stool type.</dd>
 <dt>Subject</dt><dd>an ordered factor giving a unique identifier for the subject
 in the experiment.</dd>
