ping_ollama function

<dl><dt>server</dt>
<dd>URL to one or several Ollama servers (not the API). Defaults to
"http://localhost:11434".</dd>
<dt>silent</dt>
<dd>suppress warnings and status (only return <code>TRUE</code>/<code>FALSE</code>).</dd>
<dt>version</dt>
<dd>return version instead of <code>TRUE</code>.</dd></dl>
