extract_coregistration

Extract transform from 'ANTs' and moving image, save the transform matrices.

Provides portable access from 'R' to biomedical image processing toolbox
'ANTs' by Avants et al. (2009) <doi:10.54294/uvnhin> via seamless
integration with the 'Python' implementation 'ANTsPy'. Allows biomedical
images to be processed in 'Python' and analyzed in 'R', and vice versa

extract_coregistration function

<dd>path to the transform
(<code>'ANTs_0GenericAffine.mat'</code> matrix) file</dd>
<dt>moving_img</dt>
<dd>path to the moving image, for example, if <code>'CT'</code> is
aligned to <code>'T1w'</code>, then <code>'CT'</code> is the moving image</dd>
<dt>outprefix</dt>
<dd>output prefix, where the matrices are saved to; default is
at the same folder as <code>transform_path</code></dd></dl>
