fill: Add Assessment Indicies

Description

Many rsplit and rset objects do not contain indicators for the assessment samples. fill can be used to populate the slot for the appropriate indices.

Usage

fill(x, ...)

Arguments

A rsplit and rset object.

...

Not currently used

Value

An object of the same time with the integer indicies.
