terminalBuffer function

<dl><dt>id</dt>
<dd>The terminal id. The <code>id</code> is obtained from
<code>terminalList()</code>, <code>terminalVisible()</code>,
<code>terminalCreate()</code>, or <code>terminalExecute()</code>.</dd>
<dt>stripAnsi</dt>
<dd>If FALSE, don't strip out Ansi escape sequences before
returning terminal buffer.</dd></dl>
