RT's API, in a few cases, takes a body of key value pairs that are colon
separated and each key value pair is newline separated. Each pair is also
run through <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/compact?package=rt&version=1.1.0" data-mini-rdoc="rt::compact">compact</a></code> to remove <code>NULL</code> elements.
