modify_scaled_likelihoods_for_known_mixture_fish

Implements Bayesian inference for the conditional genetic
stock identification model. It allows inference of mixed fisheries and also
simulation of mixtures to predict accuracy. A full description of the underlying
methods is available in a recently published article in the

modify_scaled_likelihoods_for_known_mixture_fish function

<dl><dt>SL</dt>
<dd>the matrix of scaled likelihoods.</dd>
<dt>KC</dt>
<dd>a character vector of collections that the individuals belong to (or NA if you
don't know where they come from). If this is NULL, then SL just gets returned untouched.</dd>
<dt>CFL</dt>
<dd>the levels of the collections factor (which is within clean$short)</dd></dl>

Arguments

for individuals of known origin in the mixture, put all their weight on their known collection — modify_scaled_likelihoods_for_known_mixture_fish
