This function renames or copies files created with an
 Audiomoth device in a readable format including the data and time of recording.

audiomoth.rename

Functions for analysing, manipulating, displaying, editing and synthesizing time waves (particularly sound). This package processes time analysis (oscillograms and envelopes), spectral content, resonance quality factor, entropy, cross correlation and autocorrelation, zero-crossing, dominant frequency, analytic signal, frequency coherence, 2D and 3D spectrograms and many other analyses. Rename audiomoth files in a readable format — audiomoth.rename

<dl>

 <dt>dir</dt>
<dd>a character vector, path to directory where the .WAV files are
 stored.</dd>

 <dt>overwrite</dt>
<dd>a logical, to specify if the files should be renamed
 or copied, if <code>TRUE</code> the files are copied, if <code>FALSE</code> the files are renamed.</dd>

 <dt>tz</dt>
<dd>a character vector defining a time zone specification. See <code>as.POSIXct</code></dd>

 <dt>prefix</dt>
<dd>a charcter vector for a prefix name to be added at the
 beginning of the file name.</dd>
