Description

Implements phenotypic selection index methods from Chapter 2: The Linear Phenotypic Selection Index.

Methods included: - Smith-Hazel Index (LPSI) - The optimal unrestricted phenotypic index - Base Index - Simple index using economic weights directly - Combinatorial Index Builder - Builds indices for all trait combinations

All implementations use C++ primitives for mathematical operations.
