Description

Summary of the most important results given by the Conservative SGoF procedure.

Usage

Arguments

object
A SGoF object.
...
Additional arguments affecting the summary produced.

Value

  • RejectionsThe number of effects declared by SGoF.
  • FDRThe estimated false discovery rate.
  • Adjusted.pvaluesTable of adjusted p-values falling under gamma.
